I am a leader and I show the desire to play my game. I know if I don't play to my potential or better than that I am not just letting my team down or coaches, but I'm letting myself down and hurting myself and the team. I should always have a positive attitude on and off the field, show good spirit and show the desire to play my game. I know what I can do and I know I can do better and for me to do that is practice, practice, practice. They say practice makes perfect but I say it makes you stronger and better as a player when you get older and older, there is no perfect in softball because everyone will make mistakes and so will I, I just have to shake it off and get it the next time. Learn from your mistakes and do it differently the next time.
