The game of softball has given me a field to compete on, and a drive to excel. It has taught me about dedication, and working hard through the development of my skills. I'm most grateful for the many ways this game has impacted my life. I have been impacted from the teaching and encouragement of my coaches, and by the friendships with people that otherwise would have never developed, if not for the game bringing people together from all over. I love the shared unity with my teammates, where we receive and provide unconditional support and accountability to each other. I have been impacted from the highs and the lows, and the successes and failures of this game that I love so very much. My hope is to continue my love of softball at the collegiate level and to always be a contributor, not only on the field but in life.
