Grace Taeleifi '22 Recruiting Profile

As an athlete of Samoan descent and humble beginnings my passion and determination to succeed in this sport; in my opinion is greater than most. As I don’t see enough girls that look like me, being represented in this sport I hold dear. I 'm a hard worker on the dirt and in the classroom. My strength is driven by faith, family and my Samoan culture that's rich in respect and humility. I'm coachable, self-motivated and enjoy motivating others. I’m the team player you’re looking for and understand I'm only as strong as my team.  I also maintain a 4.0 GPA that resulted in becoming a recipient of the Lady Legendz Softball Foundation scholarship in 2017. 

I'm a proven team leader, both on the field and in the classroom. I lead by example, while also encouraging and building up my teammates. I have a positive attitude and an unmatched work ethic. Please give me the opportunity to prove this to you. I strive to become the first in my family to attend college and be a great role model to all Samoan athletes like me, my peers, my siblings; but most of all make my parents and family proud.
