Anna Erikson '21 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was ten years old. Starting later than most girls my age, I have pushed myself and worked harder to achieve my goals and reach the level I play at now. Because of my love for the sport, I have always had the drive to put in the extra work, and I bring my heart on the field when I play. It has always been my dream to play at the college level while earning a degree in teaching/education.

On the field I am focused and am always encouraging and supportive of my team mates. I am coachable and always eager to learn new ways to improve myself.

In the classroom, I work hard to maintain a high GPA. I have been a member of ASB through middle school and also starting in high school. I volunteer out of school at the local branch of Friends of the Library.

Attending college would give me the opportunity to excel in the classroom as well as on the field. I would like to find a college that is the right match for my academic and athletic goals. I am open minded and excited about future challenges and looking forward to a bright future!
