Jessenia Paredes '23 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jessenia Paredes and I love playing the game of softball. Ever since I started playing softball I was taught to always give 110% and play hard all the time.  Even though I started late at the age of 10, I was pushed hard because I was technically behind all the other players. My first year of rec softball was very challenging because I did not know anything about the sport. But with a lot of reps, drills, games, coaching and support I have become the player I am today. Every team I have tried out for I have earned a spot on that roster. I might not of been the most talented player on the roster but I always worked and played hard, with a smile on my face. I respect all coaches, players, umpires and the beautiful game of softball. My dream is to play softball at the college level and to compete for a national championship. Which ever school gives me the opportunity to play for them they will receive all my hustle, effort, passion, accountability and respect.
