My name is Anahi Arreola I am 5'6" and I am a hardworking softball player. My passion and dedication to this sport are immeasurable. I pride myself on being a very knowledgeable athlete and having a high IQ in the sport. My most important accomplishment to date is being chosen for the Triple Crown Sports All-Star game and being nominated #105 top 2023 by extra innings softball.
I began playing softball at only 4 years of age and by the time I was 7 years old I knew that I wanted to be a pitcher. I also knew that I wanted to be the very best when it came to hitting. I have been playing travel ball since I was 10 years old. I have played on the California Raiders Bruder-Guthrie, OC Batbusters Guthrie, Firecrakers Holcomb/ Robinson 16U, Wildcats Weil 18U and now play on SoCal Choppers Fausett 18U. I have led my team in batting average, RBIs and home runs. I pride myself on the fact that I can smash the ball!
Knowing that my hard work and dedication make me capable of playing softball makes me even more passionate about the possibilities I can have with the sport I love. I vow to always work hard and never give up. I am always working hard from being the first in the field to working on my game outside of practice.
When it comes to choosing what school I would like to go to, my options are very big, but I believe that you have to aim high and work for it. I am very open-minded about colleges and hope to just find a college that fits me the best. It doesn't matter the size or location as long as I can receive a good education and play the sport I love, that would make me happy. My top choice for a major as of right now is Registered Nursing.
My realistic athletic goals are to continue playing the sport I love at a high competitive level while making an impact on the team that I will be on as well as to little girls. If I could make a difference and do my very best that would be the best life lesson that I could take with me for the rest of my life.
