My name is Maylei and I am a 2025 grad at Ralston Valley High School in Colorado. This is my second year as the starting Short Stop for the Varsity team as a Junior and middle infielder for my club team. I am the lead off hitter for the High school and my club team and lead in stolen bases making up 20% of our total. I love supporting my fellow athletes as a spectator and Nanny/babysitting the neighborhood toddlers during my free-time.
Softball experience includes select club ball for seven years and recreational softball prior to that. I found my calling as a middle infielder but enjoy mixing things up and playing as a Center Fielder recently; having a strong bat helps with 8 home-runs this club season. Being game smart and gritty are a few of many compliments I've received from coaches.
What makes me different from others; my size! Don't underestimate me because what I lack in size I make up for with hard hitting, base stealing, quick fielding and team leading super skills!
