My name is Camille Gardner; I am currently a Junior at Pine Creek High School, in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Although I love softball, my academics are my first priority. I would like to further my studies out of high school in the medical field. I would like to be a pediatric surgeon, for multiple reasons. I knew since the seventh grade that I wanted to end up somewhere in the medical field but I didn't exactly know what. My freshman year I really got an interest in pediatrics, because it is such a key time in a child's life to have the care and also I love working with kids. I am a very dedicated player with a lot of aspiration, I like to not only make myself a better player and teammate, but I also try to make my teammates a better player and teammate. I get my drive to be the best I can be from within myself. When I see and feel myself getting better and stronger, I believe that I can do anything. To be the best athlete, you have to be dedicated not only yourself, but everyone you play with.
