No matter if it is in the classroom or on the field, I feel like I am always a team player and want what is best for the greater good of the team. I love being able to have a family around me while I do the sport I love. I always try to keep my head high, even if I am having a bad day, because sometimes you have to help pick someone else up after a bad at-bat or an error in the field. I am doing something softball related whether it be working out, practices, games, or even just instructional videos every day of the week. I work hard to get myself to the place I want to be athletically and academically. I know what kind of work needs to be put in, so I try to do that and sometimes a little more. Not anyone can just walk onto a field and expect to play their best without working hard and being in the right mindset. I strive to do my best work every day at school, not just for softball. I am hoping to study Medicinal Science in college, and I take my academics very seriously. I have always wanted a job or career that would make a difference, so that is why I wanted to study medicine and one day hope to become a general surgeon.
