My goal in college is to remain academically successful and to pursue a BSN in nursing as helping others is a core value ingrained in me. While working diligently in college, I intend to play softball at the highest level. I have been playing softball since I was 4 years old and have had the opportunity to play in recreational ball, travel ball and varsity high school softball. I have a competitive personality, and while it feels good to win, winning isn’t everything. Softball is about progress, not perfection; it is about the team, not the individual; it is about supporting your teammates and boosting them up when they are at a low. I strive for strong academic goals with my love for being on the dirt.
