This is Alyssa Velez, I am a junior at Timber Creek High School in Orlando, FL. Timber Creek HS is the 5th ranked 9A high school in Florida for fast pitch softball. I will be graduating from there in 2018. I am the starting catcher for both HS and travel ball and my secondary position is shortstop. This school year I was awarded “All Metro - First Team” as catcher and “Offensive Player of the Year” for TCHS. My Spring 2016 HS varsity hitting stats were: PA 96, H 34, 1B 22, 2B 10, HR 2, RBI 27, R 14, AVG .362, OBP .375, SLG .532, and OPS .907. I also play for a travel ball team named Gainesville Gold. My Fall 2016 hitting stats for travel ball were: GP:24 PA:71 AB:67 H:35 1B:20 2B:10 HR:5 RBI:28 R:23 AVG: 522.
