Alexis Scott '20 Recruiting Profile

I am Alexis Scott and  I began my journey in the world of softball at the age of six.  I experienced many challenges when I started to play fast pitch softball in the sixth grade. I went through a slump my entire year of travel ball to city league ball and did not make the middle school team.  After my first year of fast pitch softball,  I learned how to be patient and persistent.  During my middle and high school years I participated in several extracurricular activities and clubs such as National Honor Society , Junior Beta Club , and Student Government Association class representative. Within all those clubs I took on leadership roles that I carried onto the field.  My time management skills grew stronger as I played three sports; volleyball ,basketball , and softball  while maintaining an 3.5 GPA.
