Having been raised by my amazing parents, I am the 2nd oldest of eight children. I am so appreciative of my father working two jobs and endless hours to support our family and my love of softball. My mother has been a homemaker and their marriage has been the cornerstone of our ineffable family values and commitment to each other.
My upbringing has fostered a neverending thirst to excel in each area of my life. I have worked hard in my studies and I have balanced my academics with constant preparation for softball, while also working to help contribute towards my weekly expenses. On my current softball team, I am a consistent leader by word and by example. Beyond weekly practices, I attend hitting, fielding, and speed/agility lessons 3 times per week to hone my craft. In addition, I have taught softball lessons to young girls whose love of the sport is genuine.
My statistics are solid: .476 Batting Average, .483 OB %, 15 RBIs, .824% fielding, Exit Velocity 73 MPH, throws/bats right-handed.
Essentially, I strive to attain a scholarship to set an example for my younger siblings and for other females that goals can be attained through persistence and dedication to softball. I seek to major in Business and I hope to build my brand for a livetime of success.
