Softball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. My mom played at my current high school when she was younger, and my little sisters began to play not long after I did. I am the type of player to leave everything out on the field because it is my home. I am tough on myself to push myself to get better. I value myself in my coachability and how much of a team player I am. No matter how I may do during a game, I will always cheer my teammates on because we are one team.
School is another aspect of my life in which I push myself to do my best. I have always adored learning new things. I am in all gifted classes as well as being an AP student, and I plan on taking Dual Enrollment classes my junior and senior years when they are available. I have maintained all A's so far in my education, despite taking some of the hardest classes available to my grade. Ever since I was little, I have always loved reading and writing. Language Arts and English are my strong suits in school, and I would love to be able to incorporate my passion for those into my major and future job.
My passion is what drives me the most. In my family, my passion to be a good example and sister for my three younger sisters fuels me to be the nicest and most helpful I can be. My passion to learn has allowed me to devote myself to making good grades. I am passionate about softball, the sport I have loved for so long, and cannot wait to continue to play in college. My passion is what makes me the most devoted person I can be to whatever I put my mind to, and it will certainly show in college softball.
