I want to play softball at the highest possible level in college. My dad is a high school softball and baseball head coach, so I can certainly say that I have a love for the softball, for competition, and that it is in my blood. Growing up at the fields watching my dad's teams play I have developed an extremely strong foundation and IQ for the game. I am a very versatile player, having experience at every infield and outfield position. I play travel softball with the Birmingham Thunderbolts in the top events each Fall and Summer.
I believe that working hard, being a good teammate, and focusing on the process will lead to results, both individually and as a team. My dad has won 9 Baseball State Championship and 1 Softball State Championship. I have heard him say "We - Team - Us" and "Trust the Process" more times than I can remember. I think it is so much a part of me now, that I don't even have to think about it ... it's just who I am.
