Sydney Seymour '19 Recruiting Profile

     I am a 5'6" centerfielder from Rome, Georgia. I play on the varsity softball team at Darlington School and I currently have a 3.3 GPA. I was a varsity starter my freshman year and earned 2nd team all-area and 2nd team all-region and I was a varsity starter my sophomore season and earned 1st team All-Area, 1st Team All-Region, team MVP, and GACA 2nd Team All-State. I play travel ball for Georgia Xplosion and I can play any position on the field, but my primary position is centerfield.

     I am looking for a school with an experienced coaching staff and the major I am interested in (nursing). I have always dreamed of playing college softball ever since I started playing the sport. I believe in hard work on and off the field and in the classroom and hustle is what I bring to every team I play on. I am always the most competitive in whatever I am competing in whether I'm on the field, court, or track. I would like to attend a school in the south but I am willing to take an opportunity anywhere if it suits my athletic and academic needs.
