Hi, I am Savannah Bailey Nolan and I will be a 2020 Graduate. I attend Roswell High School in Roswell Georgia and have started every game on the Varsity since I was a Freshman as either a pitcher or 1st baseman. I also am playing my 1st year with the 18 U Atlanta Premier Team. I pitch and play 1st for Coach Jamie Martin. I have played softball for 8 years and am going into my 9th year of travel ball. I usually bat 4 – 6 in the order both High School and Travel.
I have be very serious about playing college softball since I was 13 playing on the 16U GA Intensity. My High School Coach played in College as did my all 4 of my Premier coaches. These coaches have really given me a great understanding of playing ball in college and I have worked very hard to accomplish my dream. My love of the game and the team spirit helps motivate me and also drives me to work with younger girls to help them grow in the game and enjoy playing. Seeing the younger players so happy when they get better and make that play or hit the game winner or strike the batter out, really makes it all worth-while.
To be a member of a softball team its support, its family, its encouragement and when we win, we win together and when we lose, we lose together. I believe I am an ideal teammate because I give 110% of myself. I never want to let the team and my coaches down. I am a cheerleader and I support the team, each player and the team goals. I am not shy and welcome the long-term relationships we develop with each other and the coaching staff.
I play for the love of the game and it gets stronger in me every day!
