Hello!
My name is Anah Howell and I am a Junior at Temple High School, Class of 2026.
I just turned sixteen on July thirteenth.
I have been playing softball since 2014 (six years old). I played at Temple rec department playing softball for the 8u team at the age of six. I loved it so much so my parents had me to try out for a 8u travel team called Mystics and I made the team. I never went back to rec ball after that. Mystics pretty much lasted for one season and I moved to a new travel team called All sports Fusion out of Bremen. I have been with Fusion since the age of six (since 2014). Fusions coach (Richard Tucker) got the opportunity to move our organization to the 18u Easton team. I just started this new travel team officially this past Saturday August 10, 2024. I am very excited for what’s to come.
I am pretty much a utility player, except for pitching. My main position is Center Field, I am fast and very competitive. I am also right handed and I use to bat right until my travel coach got me into slapping. I have been batting left ever since. I can slap or regular hit what ever is needed to get the job done. I even got my very first over the fence homerun this past Saturday August 10, 2024 at the Cass tournament in Cartersville Ga. I have that on video along with my slapping and also diving catching a ball in center field then throwing it to 2nd base to make a double play.
I wants to be a school teacher and It would be and honor to receive a softball scholarship! I am doing dual enrollment and I am already taking an online class at UWG, taking AP and Honor classes as well at Temple highschool.
I am looking forward to my future!!
My number for Temple Highschool is 5
My for Fusion / Easton number is 10
