As far back as I can remember, my parents have raised me to be the best I can be at whatever I am doing. My first experience in sports was being the only girl on a baseball team when I was around 6 years old. My thoughts were then was that I am not going to let any boy be better than me.
As I shifted to softball, my passion and desire for the game grew and continues to grow. My personal goal is to be the best team player on a collegiate level and to some day play then coach in the women's college world series. Finally, I have always accepted pressure situations as being a way to grow and learn from those situations whether in the classroom or on the field.
