Hey Coaches! As you've probably already guessed my name is Bayleigh Lott and I am a 2017 graduate at River Ridge High School. Along with softball I am an Olympic lifter. In the future I wish to coach high school softball and teach personal fitness, or possibly own my own training facility to teach young athletes how to have an edge on everyone else. I feel as if I would be a valuable addition to a team because I have always had a great work ethic and have strived to be the best in no matter what I do. I understand my role not just on the field but in my community and volunteer portions of my time to LEARN Horse Rescue, FURY Training Facility, Twin Creeks Softball, and in my school. In addition I'm constantly working on my walk with Christ and plan to stay strong in my faith no matter where I am to go in my journey. I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and don't plan on doing anything different! I want a school that can help me with my dreams, and also a school that understands my passion for this game that I believe GOD gave me to help me understand life. Bayleigh plays for me at River Ridge HS in woodstock, GA. This is my firt year having the priviledge of working with her. Having played all through high school and college I have been around a lot of athletes and I have yet to find one who has a better work ethic then Bayleigh. She comes to every practice and game ready to work and does everything she can to help her TEAM. Bayleigh would make any roster stronger with everything from her play on the field to her leadership skills. When I think of Bayleigh there is one word that comes to mind, "heart". You cannot teach the type of heart that she has. It is fun to watch her make the girls around her better just b yher presence.

- GA Mustangs finished fourth overall. I hit three triples this weekend, one with bases loaded. I played some LF, had an awesome diving catch, a lot behind the plate. It was a great weekend with a lot of softball.

- Bating, Catching, Olympic lifting and conditioning

- Works with personal trainer for over two years now doing Olympic lifting and conditioning to enhance athletic performance, weekly hitting with instructor Laurie Reed. Catches daily.
