Softball has been a major part of my life since I was very young. I grew up with the game. I pride myself on my work ethic and am willing to put in the time and effort to be the best I can be in whatever role I am assigned, on and off the field. I was elected captain for this 23-24 season at Skagit Valley College, and hope to develop to be a better leader and example through this role. I also currently serve as Student Body President at SVC for this academic year. Through both of these opportunities, my goal is to grow and develop to not only be a great player, but a great person and leader.
I take pride in my commitment to my academic goals. I hold myself to a high standard in the classroom and my GPA reflects that. I received SIC All-conference academic awards for the 21 and 22 seasons, while also being a member of National Honor Society. I also hold service positions in my church, where I feel I can help others and connect in my community.
I am currently looking for a school where I can continue my education and softball career at a high level. My time at the Junior College level has prepared me for the next level of playing. I have the dedication and work ethic to achieve the goals I have set as a student-athlete. I want to serve my team as best as I can and be a good example to my peers.
