I realized I wanted to play softball at a collegiate level at a young age, 8 to be exact. I would consider myself to be one of my team's main leaders throughout the last 8 years. I have learned so much from softball in these few years that I cannot imagine the things college softball would teach me. My freshman year of high school softball, I earned All Conference Honorable Mention. I also had the second highest batting average on the team. Off the field, I participate in Business Club, Science Club, and have been an active member of student council since the 6th grade. My eighth grade year I was awarded the American Legion Award, among many other academic recognitions. Such as, being inducted into National Honor's Society the spring of my sophomore year. In the classroom, I study hard to maintain a high GPA and maintain all A's throughout the Semester.
