My name is Brooklyn Metke. I attend Nazareth Academy High School in La Grange Park, Illinois and will graduate in the 2021 class. I live in Chicago, Illinois. I have played travel/club softball from 10U thru 18U. I am currently playing for Blazers Fastpitch 18U. My primary position is catcher but I'm also a utility player.
I am focused on learning and developing my softball skills. I always strive to give my best effort to attain my goal of playing college softball. I love being part of a team. I always want to learn and improve. I am very competitive, but I never lose respect for the game.
Academics are a priority. I am looking for an institution where I can find the right balance between the classroom and the playing field. I am open to all types of schools (division level) and geographic locations. I want to play at the highest competition level possible where I can make an impact on a team and have an opportunity to play as a freshman.
