Hello, My name is Tiffany Sowder and I am in the class of 2023. For the past 9 years I have dedicated my life to playing softball. I started playing softball when I was 7 years old in a Rec League and continued to play for 5 years. For the last 6 years I have played Travel Ball. The last 2 years I have made the High School Softball team. After making the High School team my Freshman year but not having a High School season due to COVID, I made varsity my Sophomore year and started at catcher and 3rd throughout most of the season. Throughout this time I have developed a great sense of work ethic, determination, commitment, self- motivation, and time management. Also, during my time of playing it has given me the opportunity to meet many amazing coaches and players that I look up to. These people have shaped me into being the player/person I am today. I plan to go to College somewhere that I can graduate with a degree in Pharmacology or something in the Medical field. I believe that I am one of the most passionate, motivated, and coachable athletes that you’ll meet. I take every opportunity that I can to better myself for my team, and also to prepare myself to achieve my dreams. I believe that I am a dedicated student-athlete whose focus, determination, and effort has resulted in success both in the classroom and on the diamond. I hope that you consider reaching out so that I can learn more about your College or University and for you to learn more about me!
