My name is Hailey Thompson and I am very interested in playing softball in college. I currently play for Indiana Shockwaves - Osborne based out of the Indianapolis, Indiana area. I have loved playing softball since I was eight years old, and I work hard every day to develop my skills in every aspect of the game. I am always looking to learn more about the game and hope to continue to grow as a athlete and teammate during the next few years of my high school career. School is a very important aspect of my life, and I always make sure I maintain a balance between academics and athletics. I am currently interested in pursuing a degree in one of the following areas: Physical Therapy, Athletic Training or Sport Management. I would love to find a career path that allows me to work with athletes and stay connected to the the competitive world of sports. A secondary area of interest of mine is Criminology or Criminal Justice studies. I am excited to find the right college fit for me that will allow me to continue to pursue my love of softball, while also providing me with a top-notch education.
