I started out playing t-ball then started softball in first grade and played until I moved to Georgia for four and a half years. I then moved back to Indiana my eight grade year and started right back up with playing softball. My freshman season is when COVID hit so school ball season got canceled. I still played that summer with a local town league to eat some playing in. Then, my sophomore year I played on the high school varsity team and I was a starter at second base in the beginning and then got moved to left field. My junior year has been a real struggle and I have worked over the battles that I was put in. I don’t get much playing time, but that hasn’t stopped my drive and want to play the sport. I also give my all into everything I do in practice and in the little amount of playing time I get. When I’m at home I hit and continue to build my skills at home. I am a very hard working player and I like to get feedback no matter if its positive or negative; the negative feedback helps me a lot so I know I have something to work on to make myself better.
