Personal Statement
Hello, I am Isabella (Bella), I am a catcher/second base, and I first took an interest in softball when I was five years old, and I quickly became addicted to it. I have continued to play softball because I enjoy the competitive atmosphere and playing with the friends I have met along the way. My favourite memory from my softball career to date is our 2023 national championship victory. It was the greatest feeling ever to win with so many of my friends and to be named on the starting line up. Since nationals was a step up, it had an impact on my career by raising the bar for my mental preparation and teaching me how to manage my nervousness.
I've enjoyed pushing myself to earn the highest grades I can throughout high school and looking for ways to support and motivate myself to do so. My goal in college is to obtain a degree in physical therapy, so I'm looking for a programme that can help me do that. I have coached T-Ball and served as captain twice already, so I am confident that I possess the leadership skills needed for your squad.
