I have been playing softball since I was seven years old. I realized at a young age how much hard work and effort you have to put into this sport. To be successful I had to do more than just show up to practice, I had to try hard, and work outside of practice. Softball has taught me more than just the game, it has taught me many life lessons and has given me many great friendships.
Outside of softball, I play volleyball and tennis. Playing multiple sports is a good way to keep in shape and good for staying active. Balancing school, life, and sports is a lot of work but it is worth it in the end.
