Hello,
My name is Tara Haag, I have playing softball for as long as I can remember and it has always been my dream to play softball at the college level. I have two older sisters who played softball so I don’t remember not ever being at the softball fields. I was always picking up a bat or a ball before I could even play. I’ve been playing competitive ball for 9 years and live for the game.
My freshman, sophomore, and junior years of high school I was a starter for every game and received the honor of 2nd team all-league all 3 years. I have learned how to become a leader with my high school team through showing others the dedication it takes to improve, as well as showing them techniques of batting and fielding.
I am looking to find a college that will welcome me as well as help me succeed as a student athlete on and off the field. I know how important furthering my education is and am interested in agri business and vet-tech. Therefore, if all of these pieces fit with your team and college I am willing to put in the hard work it will take to do the best that I can do.
