It would be a dream to continue continue my education while continuing my softball career at the next level. My brother was a collegiate wrestler while obtaining his degree. I aspire to be setup for the same level of success and demonstrate the same work ethic I see in him.
I plan to attain my undergraduate degree in business and then attend law school. Since joining debate, I became very passionate about the field of law. Academically, I’ve always done well. I ended my Junior year with a 3.6 GPA. On my schools debate team, I placed top 10 in my first two debates in the entire state. I’m also in the heavy equipment program, so I had the opportunity to compete in a statewide skills competition that included unprepared speech. I placed first in the school’s region and second in Kentucky Skills USA in the unprepared speaking state competition.
I absolutely love softball and don’t like down time. I believe what makes me a stand out is that I am not only a good softball player, but I am a good teammate and very self driven. No one needs to push me; I push myself. In any environment I am in, I make sure that everyone is positive and that there is always good energy. I am highly competitive against my own goals and never settle for anything but my best, including being the best teammate and most coachable player.
