Kennedy Kimball '25 Recruiting Profile

Hello,  I am currently growing up on a small farm in Maine. My parents both grew up on farms so its part of our heritage.  I learned at an early age how to care for animals and the responsibility and dedication necessary to run our farm. Through exhibiting dairy cattle at National shows in the US and Canada I have had the great privilege of learning about the Dairy industry and the importance of food production to our society.  My interest in Equine therapy stems from a close working bond with our horses and the desire to own a business designed at providing physical and emotional therapy for horses and their owners.  I have learned through travel softball the importance of supporting my teammates and specializing in playing a specific role.  A team is the sum of its parts so picking up a teammate is vital to the success of all involved.  I feel my strongest attributes are my composure and body language while in the circle.  I feel my teammates feed off of my confidence and they know we are defined by how we react to tough situations and how we support each other rather than by the win and loss record.
