April 2021Personal Statement
Hello, My name Gianna Missiti and I am part of the 2023 class for Bedford High School. I am a very competitive softball player and look to play in college.
I am a very positive and supportive player. I am also a very vocal player and communicate well on and off the field. My leadership on and off the field could be setting up team bonding or letting everyone know how many outs we have in a game. I work to help the team as a whole improve as well as working on myself. I am very determined to help myself improve by playing and training in the off season. I feel I am a diverse athlete by being involved in other sports. These sports being soccer and ski racing. I also like to bike, rollerblade around town with friends, and spend time with family in my free time.
Along with athletics I have a 3.7 unweighted GPA and a 4.1 weighted GPA. I have also made honor roll all semesters that I have been in high school. I challenge myself in school by taking 6 majors (5 honors classes and 1 AP). It is my goal to play softball in college and I am going to work hard to get there.
