Jessica Pietersen '14 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing year round competitive tournament softball since the age of 10. I am very passionate about the game and my goal and aspiration has always been to play at the college level. I am a team player and driven to succeed in all of my endeavors. I was fortunate to have Peter Looney as my pitching coach for six and a half years. I joined Northern Crush in 2012 and this will be my second year with the team to focus on College Showcase Tournaments. I train with Texbook hitting and work out throughout the year. Through the years I have played soccer, travel soccer, basketball, travel basketball, varsity cross country and winter track. I have also helped with pitching clinics in my town of Norton to teach the younger girls pitching mechanics.
