Sydney - Pylar '17 Recruiting Profile

My name is Sydney Pylar. I play softball for Clintondale High School in Clinton Township Michigan. My position defensively is third base . I am a versatile athlete and am able to play any position on the field when needed. I bat 4th in the order, where I have thrived as a power hitter with outstanding control. When it comes to softball there is no offseason for me. Ive played the sport since I was five years old. When the high school season is over I play for the Fraser Fury travel team. Ive dedicated my life to softball, taking private pitching lessons and hitting the batting cages multiple times a week. My work ethic is second to none, I am a fierce competitor and a pillar of my community.

I have beed awarded Student of The Year, and am the Class President of 2017. I am also Student Congress President, and am on the school board as the student body representative. I facilitate fundraisers, and events throughout the school district and the community. I am focused and strive to make a difference on and off the field

My goals are to pursue a bachelors degree in secondary education and play college softball and one day hope to coach.
