Personal Statement
I became interested in softball in kindergarten. I am driven and hard working on and off the field. For the last 3 years on my travel team, I have had to prove myself to show that I am a #1 catcher. I have been lead off hitter for the past 4 years. Last fall I was moved down in the batting order, but worked hard to earn first hitter back. I have also been known to lay a bunt down with 2 strikes and bases loaded! Through my workouts at Crossfit, it has taught me about setting personal goals and achieving them.
