Some of my collegiate goals are both academic-based and sports-based. I plan on focusing extremely hard on my studies. So when I graduate, I can push myself to be the best in my field and apply the knowledge I studied to the real world. I will be more reliant on myself to push myself for A's and to get things done quickly but correctly. I strive to push myself and my teammates to compete to the best of our abilities. Give 110% effort at practice, even if the day was long because I know my teammates will rely on me, just as I do them. I think what makes me a good candidate for your team would be that I am coachable. If I'm doing something wrong and either I notice it -- or the coach does -- I practice it and learn how to fix it instead of getting frustrated. I'm a team player. Academically, I know how to balance out my softball career, work, school, and social life pretty well. I focus mainly on my teammates rather than myself since it is a team effort. We are in this as one team.
