My name is Erica Madrid I've been playing softball since I was 5 years old and taking my softball career to the next level has always been an aspiration of mine. My family and friends describe me as dedicated, hardworking, and passionate, about everything I do not only with softball. I hold myself to high standards, I consider myself a minor perfectionist, someone who always wants to be the best. I have stellar grades, I believe promptness and attendance is important, and outside of school and sports I have a job as an Assistant Manager. While playing softball I've learned what it means to be a leader to my teammates and be someone who is reliable to my coaches. Every time I step on field I give everything I got, not only for my team but because if I didn't the regret would eat me alive. I shine in positions that show my speed and agility, whether it be middle infield or outfield. Offensively, I have quick hands and can get myself on base and be a smart baserunner.
