Hello, my name is Sophia Capasso. I attend Central Regional High School in Bayville, NJ (Class of 2024). I play varsity softball for my high school. I play travel softball for NJ Stars Fastpitch 18U coached by Maureen Wadsworth. Aside from softball, I studied Martial Arts for over 10 years. I don't only participate for the physical and conditioning aspect, but for the mental aspect too.
