Alison Meagher '12 Recruiting Profile

 Hello, I'm Alison Meagher.  I have 7 pitches:  Fastball, drop, change,screw, curve, rise and drop-curve.   My fastball speed is 62mph.   I am the "Go to" pitcher for my high school and club team, the Jersey Inferno Elite Gold. I have been playing 18U Club/Gold since the beginning of my Sophomore year.
 I work both sides of the plate, have good command and can hit my spots.
  I am a power hitter who hits the ball very hard.  I am passionate about softball.  I have been a Varsity player for 3 years and am on the Varsity Swim Team.
 I am 5'10" tall and weigh about 198 lbs.   
I, also, am a member of the Key Club, am ASA Certified Youth Softball Umpire, a Rutgers Certified Youth Coach and give Youth pitching lessons.   I have earned the Girl Scouts Silver and Bronze Awards.

I am looking forward to furthering my education and playing ball.  I am undecideed as to my major.  I'm interested in a mid-size school and plan on being an asset to my team.  I would like to try and stay within a 4 hour radius of my home.
