Kayla Vance '17 Recruiting Profile

I have been playing softball since I was about 6 years old. Ever since I picked up a ball, I have fell in love with the sport. I have wanted to play at a collegiate level ever since I can remember. I want to further my softball career past high school and into the collegiate level while also being able to get the best education I possibly can.

School always comes first and I push myself to get and maintain good grades. Whether it's on the the field or in the classroom, I have great work ethic and I work my hardest. Whenever I make a mistake on the field, or even if my team makes a mistake as one, I always keep the heads and attitudes up for not only myself, but for my teammates as well.

I try my best to learn from my mistakes and find out ways I can fix it so I don't make the same mistake twice. I'm always positive and I strive for the best and push myself 110%. I'm excited for my future, not only athletically, but academically as well and I will continue to work hard to prove it.
