Zada Jones '27 Recruiting Profile

My name is Zada Jones and I'm a hardworking softball player. I'm truly dedicated to this sport. I'm an athlete who knows the game of softball. My most important accomplishments were being nominated MVP for the all-star game for my recreation team. I have been playing softball from the age of seven years old.

Knowing that I'm capable of playing softball in college makes me more passionate for this sport. What I can offer to a team is the promise to always work hard and never give up. I am the first to go to the field and the last to leave.

When it comes to choosing what school, I would like to go to, my options are very big. I mainly am looking at east coast states (Rutgers, Penn State, Univ. of Georgia, University of North Carolina, etc.) but I am very open to going anywhere. I am open minded about colleges and hope to just find a college that fits me best. I am also interested in historically Black Schools. It doesn't matter about the size or location; if I can receive a good education and play softball, I will be happy.  I also enjoying playing basketball as my secondary sport. 

My top two choices for a major as of right now is either Theatre or Criminal Justice. However, my major may change over the course of the rest of my high school career. 

I am a multi-sport athlete with athletic goals to continue playing the sports I love at a highly competitive level. Another goal of mine is to make an impact on the team and to be an example to those after me. Knowing at the end of the day that I made a difference as a student athlete.
