I aspire to play softball on the collegiate level for the four years I will be attending college. I have put so much time in towards softball throughout my life and I love the game more than any thing else. At the collegiate level, I would like to have a starting position at either 2nd base or in the outfield and be part of a team that I could call family. Some of the character traits that would make me a good candidate for any team include my strong character, hard work, personality, and sportsmanship. Having a mom who coaches varsity high school softball and division III college softball, I know the commitment level and dedication it takes to play at such a high level. I also work hard in the classroom, as I understand that being a student-athlete is very important. All throughout high school, I have managed playing 2 varsity sports, 2 travel sports, and been able to maintain straight As in the process. In understand that time management is very important in college, while trying to juggle playing a varsity sports, but this is a task I want to take on because of my love for the game of softball.
