I Samantha Duchemin am a year round softball player, who has been a part of the Pierson Varsity Softball program since 2011. I have attended 4 State Tournaments in the past 2 years, one for field hockey and three for softball. I was the Class C State Champion goalie for my team in field hockey for 2013 season, as well as the starting and only pitcher for two Class C State Semi-Final games in 2013 and 2014. Not only do I play multiple sports but I also maintain a mid 90's GPA. I am also a captain on my softball team, I display leadership qualities and use my knowledge of the game to help others to improve. I am a coachable athlete that takes the game seriously but also likes to have fun while playing.
