Kaylee Nolte '21 Recruiting Profile

I aspire to get my college degree in a Chemistry/Biology path that leads to dental school and to play softball at a competitive level. I am currently a 4.2 student at Louisville Ohio High School. 

I have been playing softball since I was 7 years old and have been taking private hitting lessons almost from the beginning. I can play all three outfield positions and I have experience at  1st base.  I hit privately 52 weeks out of the year. I don't believe in an "off-season" when it comes to my love of softball. I also workout anywhere from 2-4 days a week with a private trainer, as well as in my high school's weight room. This allows for me to compete at my full potential. I lettered in both my Freshman and Sophomore seasons. I was voted to 2nd Team all Stark County Ohio as a Sophomore and named Top Varsity Newcomer.

I am a team player and feel as excited when a teammate gets a hit or makes a fantastic play in the field as when I do. I try to lead by example by staying motivated and positive all the time. I try to play the game hard but within the rules.

I am a fan of Jenna Lilley who played for the USA National Team and the University of Oregon.  I try to emulate how she attacks every game.
