Kelly Holsinger '25 Recruiting Profile

I have played softball for 11 years and it has given me the drive and focus to excel in all areas of my life and it has built me into the strong individual that I am today.  I plan to major in sports medicine because I want to be able to help athletes remain healthy so that they can follow their dreams as well. 

Softball is not just a game to me, it gives me the fuel to pursue all of my dreams, and I will continue to work hard to achieve my dreams!  I also believe that the secret to success is teamwork. I’m a leader on and off the field and my teammates know that they can always count on me on or off of the field.  I’m a switch batter and I’m not afraid to get down and dirty to make any plays! I hustle and grind on the diamond and look forward to extending my softball career into college!

I always give my all to everything that I am a part of, this is not limited to sports.  I am involved in St. Mary's DECA and I currently hold the position of VP of Community Service.  I enjoy giving back to my community and spending time with my family and friends.

I have been playing Soccer for 13 years as well and currently play on the Varsity team for St. Mary's Memorial High School, the Lady Riders, which I currently hold one of the Captain positions for. I enjoy leading our team on and off of the field and working with all of my teammates.  Throughout the season, I help schedule team building exercises to help our team mesh well together!
