2019 Winter Skill...Personal Statement
My biggest asset is that I am both a team player and leader who is self-driven on the field and in the classroom. I have a 4.0 GPA and I’m taking several IB classes. I was a starting varsity pitcher my freshman year at Southridge High School and my sophomore year I transferred to the new Mountainside High School (which did not offer varsity sports, but will this year-2019 season). I am eager to play softball at the collegiate level at a school that offers a rigorous academic program. I am currently considering studying engineering, business, and/or political science.

- This clinic will stress the mental approach, physical fundamentals, and advanced softball skills that are necessary to be successful at the highest levels of competition. The clinic format will simulate a common preseason college practice for the Wildcats and will also include a classroom session on “Hitting Mechanics for Success”. The last portion of the clinic will be dedicated to a discussion on “Success Skills for College and Life” and a question and answer period with the Linfield Softball Coaches and Staff on preparing for college, the college recruiting and selection process, and general college success skills.
