I am a softball player who is looking to play at the next level, but I'm also a student looking for a college that will give me a meaningful degree. College is something that means more than softball and takes a lot more than athletic ability to be successful with. I am willing to put in the work that it takes to find success in all aspects of college, even if it takes a few failures to find it.
One thing that I have learned over the years is to never underestimate or overestimate an opponent. Looking at the rankings and records will do no good because every game starts 0-0 regardless of who is supposed to win. Winning is fun, but improving as a player is more important to me.
