My dream ever since i was a little girl was to play at a Division 1 college, because of this, i have worked so hard to try and get myself to a level of play where i will get noticed and where i will be in a position to make my dream come true. After college i aspire to become a physical therapist. I've played softball since i was 6 and i have worked every day since to try and make myself better. Every single time i step on the field i give every ounce of energy and hard work i have. Every time i step into the batters box i have no other thought then then where i'm going to hit the ball or where i could hit it in order for a better outcome. I am mostly a power hitter, but i can lay down a bunt at any time. I have been a catcher since i was little but, my freshmen year my varsity coach needed a short stop for our team so i played there for the past two years. With many months of hard work and a couple seasons under my belt, my sophomore year i received thee 1st team all region award for playing shortstop. I am a very talented catcher, but also a very talented short stop however, i can and would play where ever i am needed. I am very versatile.Hopefully with a lot more hard work, and a lot more games under my belt, i will be able to persue my dream and play at a division 1 college. I play basically all year long. I play on my varsity team, and on a travel team, "Erie Frost" I love the game and i am so blessed that i get to play this game everyday.
