Emma Decarli '20 Recruiting Profile

I love different challenges in my life. I feel playing college softball would be one of the toughest challenges that I’m looking to conquer.  I am a triple threat at the plate. I’m a slap hitter that can soft or power slap, I am very good at bunting (sac bunt or drag) and I can hit away if needed. I have a great eye for the strike zone which is one of my strong assets besides putting the ball in play offensively. With my quickness, I love to cause havoc on the base paths. Defensively, I always want to make the play.  I have above average arm strength with a quick release.  I’m always looking to improve everyday and take instruction by my coaches to make myself a better Softball Player and carry that mindset into the classroom..  I might be short and small but that never stopped me from competing at the highest levels.  I believe with these assets, softball skills and dedication in the classroom. I will be a positive asset to any College and their softball program. I would be grateful to any program that would give me a chance to prove myself!
