My name is Emma Trainer and I am a 2025 center fielder. I have been playing travel softball since I was 10. I also played for my local rec teams and school ball teams. I have played many sports over the years but by far softball is my heart and soul. I truly love the sport and my teammates and coaches are family.
All my years playing I have been an outfielder, I say, I love being in the grass, the grass is my home! I was able to track a ball at a young age. I feel I just a had a knack at knowing where that ball was going to end up. I will make every effort possible to catch that ball and make the cut!
I am the kid who is always smiling no matter the situation. I never stop smiling. I am just happy to be there in the dugout and on the field with my team.
I attend Villa Maria Academy in Malvern Pa. Villa is a rigorous all girls school, their goal is to make us fully prepared for the challenges that come with college. I take Honors classes and I am striving for AP my senior year. I am strongly interested in the sciences/forensics and hope to pursue that in college.
I want to find a school that will fulfill both my academic and softball wants and needs. My dream scenario would to be accepted into a school that will provide me the education I need to become a successful adult and play ball at the same time.
